We work with you to plan your event; plan your menu; coordinate the sequence of events at your special occasion; locate and book vendors, locate and book lodging; take care of the invitations/responses, as well as a variety of other things!

Wedding Weekend Service

Consultation with bride and groom to find out the information about your wedding and determine how you wish the wedding to flow.

A second meeting closer to the wedding date to confirm plans

Preparation of a rehearsal and wedding day timeline for ceremony and reception

Vendor referrals

Direction or assistance at the rehearsal

Wedding Day ceremony and reception direction (6 to 8 hours)

Wedding Weekend Service Deluxe
The Deluxe Service
Includes everything from the first consultation to the wedding day to assist with your progress

Manage the timing of events with your family, wedding party and vendors

Vendor confirmation 2 weeks before the wedding day

Unlimited vendor consultations and meetings

Overseeing the setup of décor if needed with an additional consultant

Additional Services
Reception Only Service

Design the flow of the reception with you and direct the evening’s events

Email timeline to reception vendors one to two weeks before your event

Make sure that your reception has been set up according to your plans

Assisting the DJ or band to announce the wedding party

Coordinate all of the reception events

This is a 5 hour service. Additional hours will be charged at an hourly rate
Flat rate of $300
Reception Décor set up only

Make sure that your reception site and tables are set up according to your plan and that the venue is clean and ready for you and your guest

Set up your favors, place cards, picture table, gift and guest book tables

Decorate the cake tables, place floral arrangements and set up your accessories

Assisting with all of your reception needs to ensure you enjoy your big day
